The P. Mathias AAA Viola Outfit is the perfect instrument for the advancing violist or beginner with a desire for great quality, tone, and playability. This viola features hand-selected tonewoods to give each instrument a sound that is unmatched at this price. Beautifully flamed back woods and a hand applied spirit varnish bring out the one of a kind look of this fine viola.
Professionally set up by our luthier team, this viola includes a Wittner Tailpiece with integrated fine tunes, ebony fingerboard and pegs, and is paired with D’addario Helicore strings.
Bow:
The AAA Outfit includes a fully lined Manilkara Kauki wood bow, ebony frog with double eye pearl, nickel mounted with three part button and wire wound grip.
Case:
Legacy Series Foam core, wood shell hard case with black Cordura exterior features full suspension, accessory pockets, two bow holders, music storage and backpack straps.
