Celebrate Founder's Week with Heid Music, starting on January 14th, the birthday of our founder, Peter "Duke" Heid. As a passionate musician, Duke Heid established Heid Music in 1948, marking the beginning of a remarkable musical journey.

 

During the inaugural year of our company's operation, Duke joined forces with Gerald "Buck" Jensen, a fellow veteran from the United States Army Band. Together, they embarked on a mission to bring the joy of music to the community.

Our roots trace back to the original store location in the 300 block of West College Avenue in Appleton. This historic location is where the harmonious journey of Heid Music first took shape.
