The Gibson J-45 Standard is Gibson’s best-selling acoustic guitar of all time. Known as “The Workhorse” since its introduction in 1942, the J-45 delivers a warm, balanced tone with strong low end, rich mids, and excellent projection. Its round-shoulder dreadnought body and Sitka spruce top make it equally at home for strumming, fingerstyle, and songwriting.

This example is in good overall condition with normal cosmetic wear. There is some hazing in the gloss nitro finish, along with clouding on the back of the headstock, likely from long-term contact with a guitar stand. Minor pick marks and small dings are present throughout, consistent with regular use. All wear is cosmetic and does not affect playability or tone.

Equipped with an L.R. Baggs™ VTC under-saddle pickup and preamp, this J-45 is stage- and studio-ready. Includes the original Gibson-branded hardshell case.
