Yamaha P22D Upright SC3 Silent Piano - Satin Ebony

The Yamaha P22 Upright Piano is renowned for its durability, rich resonance, and expressive touch, making it a trusted choice for schools, studios, houses of worship, and homes. Crafted from fine spruce and reinforced with Yamaha’s advanced construction methods, the P22 offers a balanced, powerful tone and a responsive playing experience that endures years of use. With the addition of the SC3 Silent Piano system, players can now enjoy the authentic acoustic feel with the option of silent practice through headphones, blending tradition with modern flexibility.

The P22’s solid spruce soundboard and ribs, seasoned spruce keys, and hand-wound bass strings provide a warm, resonant voice and consistent tone across the keyboard. Yamaha’s V-Pro frame ensures long-lasting stability, while five back posts enhance structural integrity. Designed with careful attention to detail, from one-of-a-kind hammers to soft-close fallboard, every feature contributes to a refined playing experience.

The integrated SC3 Silent Piano system expands the P22’s versatility. Using advanced sensor technology, the SC3 precisely captures every nuance of your playing without interfering with touch or tone. Players can explore 12 onboard voices, including binaural CFX and Bösendorfer Imperial concert grands for immersive headphone practice. Connectivity options such as USB, Bluetooth, and Smart Pianist app integration make recording, playback, and learning seamless.
