Selmer Paris B16-SIG Signature Professional Bb Clarinet

The Signature series clarinets from Selmer Paris delver a unique timbre that strikes a perfect balance between roundness and presence, offering a subtle blend of sweetness and energy. With its wide dynamic range, this clarinet allows for effortless pianissimo playing and powerful fortissimos while maintaining a consistent tone color.

The Signature's centered and easy emission across all registers provides excellent control. The tuning is perfectly balanced throughout the entire instrument due to the raised tone holes that allow for precision and acuracy. The Signature series from Selmer Paris offers a distinct clarinet sound that sets it apart from other models on the market.

Professionals worldwide have praised the Signature clarinet for its deep and uniformly dark, clear tone quality in all ranges and dynamics. It requires a slightly more efficient and free-blowing setup compared to other Selmer clarinets. However, once you have adjusted and balanced your mouthpiece and reed, you will find that even the softest pianissimos respond effortlessly with minimal embouchure effort. With the Signature, you can focus on making music without struggling with the instrument.
