Alvarez Artist Series AD60ce 12-String Acoustic Guitar - Shadowburst

The Alvarez AD60ce 12-String delivers lush, shimmering tone and bold projection in a beautifully crafted dreadnought designed for expressive performance. With its solid A+ Sitka spruce top and layered African mahogany back and sides, this 12-string offers rich harmonic content, deep lows, and sparkling highs—perfect for players seeking that classic 12-string chime with modern clarity.

Finished in Alvarez’s stunning Shadowburst gloss top with natural semi-gloss back and sides, the AD60ce 12-String exudes visual warmth and sonic depth. A soft Venetian cutaway provides smooth access to upper frets, while the FS6 forward-shifted scalloped bracing enhances resonance and responsiveness across the tonal spectrum.

Equipped with the LR Baggs StagePro Bronze system, this model ensures a natural, articulate amplified tone. The side-mounted preamp features a large backlit tuner, volume, bass, treble, and phase controls, paired with the renowned Element under-saddle pickup. Battery changes are quick and easy via the endpin jack compartment.

Built using Alvarez’s Advanced Tonal Response (ATR) wood curing process, the AD60ce 12-String offers enhanced stability and tonal maturity right out of the box. Whether you're layering textures in the studio or filling a room with rich, chorus-like sound on stage, this guitar is a powerful and inspiring tool for creative exploration.
