This guitar has been played and worn, but also well maintained and professionally serviced. Evidence of a neck reset and overspray, replaced pots, and fretwork indicate the instrument has been cared for quite well. Action is comfortable and neck/heel joint is stable, pickups and electronic controls are 100% functional and sound great. No headstock damage or repair, other than finish marks under the Gibson logo.

Showing minor play wear and light horizontal finish checking throughout the neck providing a perfectly played in feel. Both the rosewood fingerboard and unoriginal frets show little to no wear. The frets have been professionally dressed for superior playability. The neck shows signs of being reset at some point with overspray. There is no movement within the neck/body joint. The headstock has unfortunately been mishandled with two minor burn marks underneath the Gibson header.

Fine weather checking patterns move vertically from bottom strap pin to neck joint. There is a short finish crack that has de-colored between treble side f hole and pickup. Binding is excellent condition. Horizontal buckle rash scuff (hard to see) pattern on back. Side is cracked where the input jack is located. Crack shows absolutely no movement.

Gibson hardware is all original showing corrosion and play wear on the trapezoid tailpiece and Gibson deluxe machine heads.

This guitar includes a chipboard case.
