The University of California-Irvine found that after six months of piano lessons, preschoolers performed 34% higher on spatial-temporal testing than those who received no training and those who received computer training.
After learning eighth, quarter and half notes, second and third grades scored 100% higher than their peers who were taught fractions using traditional methods.
College bound students with school music experience scored 52 points higher on the verbal portion of SATs and 37 points higher in math than those without arts instruction. Junior Musicians Course –
For 4 & 5 Year Olds |
Created to help children develop their musical abilities and creative expression naturally. By making the most of their sense of hearing, which is at its prime at a surprisingly young age, the Junior Musicians Course guides children along the same learning path they have followed since birth.

Parent Participation: Required. This enables the parent to be an effective at-home learning partner.
Curriculum Focus: The in-class musical experiences nurture creativity and help instill the basis for playing and expression through feeling and understanding music. Piano or keyboard required for practice at home.
