The First Steps in Music series is an attempt to preserve the rich repertoire of traditional and folk literature, to enable today's families to recall and learn songs and rhymes that have nurtured wonder and joy in young people for generations.
The authentic affection, innocence and wonder of these songs and rhymes have the potential to plant the seeds of sensitivity and imagination.

Designed to delight and stimulate your child's curiosity about music, the focus of this class is playing with music. You will enjoy singing, dancing, bouncing and rocking with your child while nurturing his or her natural aptitude for music.

Music For Kids (3 years-4 1/2 years old)
Discover how music making is fun for you and your child. Exposure to the keyboard and use of rhythm instruments expand your child's horizons into the world of music. Expressive singing, movement, note reading, basic keyboard skills and rhythmic activities all develop your child's sense of rhythm and pitch. Materials are optional, but are recommended to help your child advance on their musical journey.
