HEID MUSIC DONATION POLICY

Heid Music supports groups and institutions that promote music. Music is our business. Due to the number of solicitations we receive, we must carefully choose projects that are an extension of our goal. With budget restraints, our primary focus is to support music events that benefit the greatest number of people.

We seek to increase the number of active music makers. Consideration is given to those programs that need start-up funds and less to those that merely initiate yearly requests.

We will consider a donation of $50.00 or less for any organization related or not related to music. Customers in good standing will take priority.

Please note:

No telephone solicitation of any kind will be considered.
No solicitation from outside our trade area will be considered.
Requests supporting our focus will have much higher priority than others.
Requests for music group travel or trip donations will usually not be considered. (Although we believe in the benefit of travel, the amount of musical benefit is usually secondary. The donation subsidizes the travel industry, not the making of music.)

While Heid Music is pleased to make donations to groups and institutions, we will not consider donations that benefit an individual.
