TRUMPETS
Trumpets are among the oldest musical instruments dating back to 1500 BC. Older trumpets did not have valves. Today they have three piston or three rotary valves.

TROMBONES
Like all brass instruments the trombone produces its sound when the player's vibrating lips cause the air column inside the instrument to vibrate. The trombone is typically characterized by a telescopic slide.

FRENCH HORN
The French horn is a beautiful instrument. It is made of 12 feet of tubing wrapped into a coil with a flared bell. If you are a beginner or a pro, we have the French horn for you at Heid Music. We have Yamaha, Holton, Conn, Jupiter and Accent. You can stop into one of our stores, or rent your instrument online.
